We don't just do hog roast and BBQs but also offer a whole catering service which includes a wedding breakfast. All of our chefs have worked in many high class restaurants and wedding venues cooking fine dining food for large amount of guests. We have made a great menu which includes great seasonal produce from the best local suppliers. 

We can cook this menu anywhere from a field to a old barn. It means we are perfect for tipi and marquee weddings but we are also just as happy to use a kitchen included with your venue. We include china crockery and serving staff and you can combine this menu with our canape menu.


Asparagus wrapped in parma ham, peppercorn butter

Warm goats cheese, walnut & beetroot lambs leaf salad, balsamic reduction

Chicken liver pate, toasted brioche, red onion chutney, mixed leaves

House salad; mixed leaves, sundried tomatoes, shropshire blue, pine nuts (v)

Duck & orange pate, toasted brioche, red onion & cranberry chutney, mixed leaves

Seafood assiette; smoked salmon, rollmops, mackeral pate, mixed leaves, toasted sourdough bread, lemon & dill mayo


Grilled rib eye steak, chunky skin on chips, garlic & rosemary butter, roasted on the vine tomatoes 

Lemon & thyme crusted chicken supreme, herb crushed potatoes, chicken jus

Slow roasted belly of pork with crackling, with sage & onion stuffing, potato dauphinoise, cider sauce

Grilled tandoori chicken breast, onion bhaji, bombay potatoes, cucumber raita

Chicken supreme wrapped in pancetta with garlic cream cheese, potato rosti, tender stem broccoli 

Slow roasted blade of beef, fondant potato, baby roasted parsnip, red wine gravy

Confit duck leg, oriental vegetable noodles, prawn crackers

Pancetta wrapped cod, crushed new potatoes, grilled asparagus

Slow braised lamb shank, spring onion & chive potato cake, honey roasted baby carrots
