Italian Hog Roast
Anti-pasti is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. We serve a traditional antipasto that includes cured meats, olives, mushrooms, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, various cheeses such as provolone & mozzarella, pickled meats, and vegetables in oil or vinegar. This also includes a selection of breads.
Our pigs are the best in Essex, from approved local farms. We marinate with a cold pressed olive oil and Italian herbs. The pig is then scored for perfect crackling and basted throughout the cooking process with the marinade.
We then carve this up and serve it buffet style with freshly baked ciabatta rolls.

Price includes condiments and good quality disposable plates and cutlery.
We are able to include china crockery and cutlery for £3.50 per head which we will take away after use.
Our food is served buffet style but we are able to do a table platter service at an additional cost.
