Our pigs are the best in Essex, from approved local farms. We inject with a special apple juice which is made locally and makes the pig succulent and tender. The pig is then scored for perfect crackling and basted throughout the cooking process with our unique sage & rosemary marinade.
Included in the hog roast is home made sage & onion stuffing and our famous apple cider sauce which compliments the pork perfectly. You then have your choice of a freshly baked rolls.
