We work tirelessly to use quality, local and seasonal produce in all aspects of our menus.
We have built close relationships with Essex’s best specialist rare breed meat farmers. It means we don’t just talk about local produce, we source it, we visit it, we feed it and we cook it.

We are a knowledgeable and helpful team of professionals. We have close relationships with amazing venues, marquee and tipi providers, as well as having extensive experience working within the industry.
We are skilled in actively listening to clients and guiding them through the complexities of outside event planning, providing not only culinary expertise but we also excel in organisational skills and an understanding of how important it is for your food to fit in with your event as a whole experience. Head chef and owner Chris Greenwood has experience in many fine dining establishments all over the world, even as far as Australia. The idea behind the company was to bring good quality, locally sourced produce to the customer with a unique twist. The company holds firm to its core values of bringing the freshest ingredients to your plate. Such as the free range pigs we use from selected Essex farms and we even go as far as choosing the best quality apples for our famous apple sauce. No expense is spared to provide you with the best quality produce.
